Personalized meal planning

Meal planning services are included with consultations and are created based on your individual goals, taste preferences, and schedule. Each meal plan will also include a correlating grocery list as well as the recipes for the meals.

Packages will include:

  • Unlimited support throughout the entire program via email or direct message

  • Weekly assignments to help make small changes that will create healthier habits over time

  • 1:1 coaching calls that will hold you accountable to help make progress throughout the program

  • Individualized meal planning, a grocery list, and the recipes will be created based on your food preferences, macronutrient analysis and goals, cooking skills, and your schedule

  • Patient portal app that will allow you to track your progress, keep a food diary, chat with me over the direct messaging system in between sessions, and schedule/reschedule appointments

 
 

8 Week Package

This 8 week package was created for those who are looking to get started with nutrition counseling and gain some helpful tips with planning meals, mindful eating habits, creating exercise goals, and getting creative in the kitchen in a way that benefits your overall health.

12 week package

This 12 week package is intended to create healthier habits and learn valuable tips regarding overall wellness at a more gradual speed.

This package also includes a bonus service of grocery store tours that can be conducted whenever you would like! I’ll take you along with me to the grocery store and teach you how to read nutrition labels, shop around the store through the eyes of a dietitian, and take a dive into various ingredients to look out for.
